We strive to make all our shows at KOKO accessible to everyone. We have been awarded Bronze by Attitude Is Everything on their Charter for Best Practice, and continue to work with them to make sure things keep improving across our entire premises.
Our venue is predominately a standing venue, and was built in the early 1900s, so there are challenges. Your feedback is always welcome and we’ll do our best to be as flexible as possible to meet your needs.
Yes. KOKO’s main entrance is located at the junction of Camden High Street, Eversholt Street, and Crowndale Road. There are 3 steps up to the main entrance, and another 4 steps up to the foyer from street level. With assistance with our venue staff, a temporary ramp, stair lift and handrails are available to enter into the venue.

This section is suitable for those with limited mobility. There is a smaller balcony within the viewing area that is accessible via 2 small steps. The accessible toilets are located adjacent to the viewing area (10 meters).

This is a strict policy to make sure the venue is safe for all customers. Tickets will be verified on the door so please be aware that if you have bought an access ticket and do not have access requirements, you will be refused entry to the venue.
